The world is changed

... Yes, they call me the Photographer. ...Why? No one ever gave me a real name. Until ... Until I found this prehistoric digital camera. I think it used to be a really fancy one. And then I started taking loads of pictures. ... No it wasn't in a good condition when I found it. It needed some good cleaning and I had to replace the battery with this little solar panel. ... How old do I think it is? Hard to say. I think it's going to be more than two hundred years. ... Oh yeah, before the Third World War. ... That picture on the wall? That's my favourite. There didn't use to be many sunny days when I was a young lad. ... NO! No, I'm not interested in taking photos of  female corpses! This beauty wasn't human at all! She's an android. Her head was completely cut off. But I had never seen an android like this one before. She was entirely like a real woman! ... Yes, I mean like a woman with ... everything, you know. ... I'm not sure about her purpose. But you may guess ...

The world is changed: I feel it in the water, I feel it in the earth, I smell it in the air... Much that once was is lost, for none now live who remember it. ¹)
